We take our bees to Florida for the winter and this is where our bees collect the Orange Blossom nectar. The orange groves bloom in March and we remove the honey in April. It is a delicious honey in oatmeal and other cereals. It also pairs amazingly well with chai. Mix into Greek yogurt for a special breakfast treat!
